Estimated delivery dates and processes for products that are purchased from our Website are as follows, unless otherwise is notified regarding your order:

Once you pay the order price, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you gave to us.
- Products which are available in our stocks are delivered to the shipping company within 4 business days for domestic and international orders.
- Once the order is delivered to the shipping company, shipping tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.

Based on stock availability, ready-to-ship domestic orders are delivered within 3 business days. For products pending from the atelier, the shipping time is 10 days.
